Registration will be capped at 1,000 members. We do not guarantee availability of at-the-door memberships.

Update, 4/13/08:  What if I can't attend? Can I transfer my membership or get a refund?

You have several options if you find you cannot attend before the convention. First, you can transfer your membership to someone else. The best approach is to give that person a signed letter about the transfer, and also to let us know by e-mailing registration32@wiscon.info.

If you can't transfer your membership to another person, we will provide refunds or give you a membership to the following WisCon if you notify us by May 8, 2008.

If you request a refund after the deadline, we will certainly consider providing a partial or full refund based on the circumstances. Please provide some documentation.

Before the convention, you may also donate your membership as a charitable contribution. WisCon is a non-profit organization and we would be happy to accept your donations.

WisCon accepts payment through PayPal. PayPal offers you the option to pay with a credit card or send an electronic check. And the best part, PayPal is free for the person making the purchase. Click here to use our online registration form.

Membership Rates

Adult (ages 13 & up): $45 through April 30

Youth (ages 7-12): $20 through April 30

Supporting (non-attending, receive publications only): $15; available anytime. (Supporting members receive a mailing containing the souvenir book, the pocket program book, at-con newsletters, and whatever materials attendees received in their registration packets.)

Former WisCon Guests of Honor: Free

Childcare (age 0-6) $1 per child if signed up by April 30; not available at-the-door. We need to know in advance how many children to expect, so if you plan to use WisCon's childcare at all, you must register for it ahead of time! Please fill in the age of each child to be enrolled in childcare. See here.

Dessert tickets (before Sunday night GoH speeches): $15

Dealers’ Room tables: For WisCon 32, vendors wishing to purchase tables in the Dealers' Room must complete a Dealers' Room Application and receive an acceptance notice before they can submit fees. The interactive Adobe Acrobat application form can be completed online and printed out for mailing or hand delivery. (If you do not have an Adobe Acrobat reader, it can be downloaded through this link.)

Dealers' Room tables: 1 table $30, 2 tables $80, 3 tables $150. (All dealers and workers must also have WisCon memberships.)

Registration Form

To register for WisCon , please mail a check and completed registration form, or use Paypal to pay online with Credit Card or electronic transfer. Paypal registration can be used to purchase adult, youth and supporting memberships as well as dessert tickets, as well as sign up for child care.
If you prefer to send a check, please fill out and print a copy of the Registration form. (The Registration Form contains complete directions, including our mailing address).

Memberships sent by mail may be returned if we have already reached our cap of 1000 members.
